-20% discount per any additional characters.Prices are on a sliding scale depending on complexity. As a rule of thumb, the more realistic a piece is, the more time it'll take and the more expensive it'll be.Extra details such as of gradient, ambient lighting, or patterned/repeating backgrounds (examples: cars, cities, heavy perspective, etc.), detailed clothing (armor, lingerie, etc.) and other details such as props, animals, visual effects or simple tweening animations will raise the cost of the commission.

Terms of Service

If there is any confusion on the terms of service, payment plan anything else - please feel free to contact me and ask!

  • I reserve the right to refuse any commissions I am uncomfortable with. This is either due to the subject matter or if I am unsure that I have the skill required to complete the commission.

  • I own the artwork. This means that you cannot resell, profit from or alter the artwork. If you're interested in buying commercial rights to the artwork, please indicate that so I can quote you a price for that.

  • I may use the artwork on my portfolio, commission info, and social media.

  • If the commission is a surprise for someone, please let me know so I can wait until a certain date to publish the piece.

Non-commercial Rights

  • I own the artwork. This means that you cannot resell, profit from or alter the artwork. If you're interested in buying commercial rights to the artwork, please indicate that so I can quote you a price for that.

  • You may not under any circumstances mint an NFT of my artwork.

  • You may not feed my artwork to a generative image AI, such as Midjourney, OpenArt AI, or DALL·E.

  • You may use the artwork as icons, profile pictures, wallpaper, cover photos, sidebar images and such without any commercial rights - as long as you're not profiting out of the artwork.

  • You can print the artwork into physical items such as mugs and t-shirts - as long as it is for personal use and profiting out of the artwork.

  • I may use the artwork on my portfolio, commission info, and social media.

Commercial Rights

  • By buying commercial work, you are buying the right to use the specific artwork in your specific commercial use. Please detail how you are going to use the work, so I may give an accurate quote for it (physical merch, emotes, giveaways, etc.)

  • Commercial rights are not the same as buying the full rights to the artwork. You may only use the commercial work in ways that are specified between client and artist.

  • If you decide after the commission is finished that you want to buy or expand commercial rights to the artwork - please let me know and I can calculate a fee.

  • You may not mint an NFT of my work or feed my artwork to any generative image AI, such as Midjourney - no matter if you have commercial rights or not.

Process

  • After the initial sketch, further work will require payment. I will send you an invoice through PayPal.

  • Payment can be paid in full upfront or divided into two installments. If your commission is more than 250 USD, a payment plan can be discussed.

  • Full payment will be required before the release of the final piece.

  • There will be additional fees if you need heavy changes later in the commission progress.

  • I will refund you 100% of the received money If I need to cancel the commission. This will not include any fees that PayPal deducts.

  • If you decide to cancel the commission, there will be a kill fee. Depending on the progress of the commission I may keep 20-85% of the commission price. This will not include any fees that PayPal deducts.

  • Once the commission is finished you may not ask for a refund.

  • Finishing a commission will take between a few days to a few months.

Payment

  • I will send you an invoice through PayPal.
